How do I install my license?
Open MyMac, go to Settings → License, paste your key, and click Activate. Your license works on up to 9 Macs.
I lost my license key.
Visit your account page and enter the email you purchased with — we'll send your keys to that address.
How do updates work?
MyMac checks for updates automatically and installs signed, verified releases. Minor updates are free; new major versions are a small paid upgrade unless you have a Lifetime license.
Which macOS versions are supported?
macOS 14 Sonoma or later · Apple Silicon & Intel.
How do I get a refund?
