Terms of Service
Last updated: June 23, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StonesHero website at https://stoneshero.com and the MyMac application ("Software"). By using the website or the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
1. Who we are
Stoneshero LLC ("we", "us"), a Wyoming, USA limited liability company registered at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, develops and licenses MyMac, a macOS utility application. You can reach us at support@stoneshero.com.
2. Payments and Merchant of Record
Orders for MyMac are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle handles payment, billing, invoicing, and the collection and remittance of applicable taxes. When you purchase, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. Paddle is the seller of record for your transaction.
3. Licenses
Your use of the Software is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA). In summary, a purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use MyMac on up to nine (9) Macs that you own or control. License tiers:
- Current major — use of the then-current major version, including all minor updates within it, free of charge.
- Lifetime — use of the current major version plus all future major versions at no additional cost.
Owners of a "current major" license may purchase a paid upgrade to unlock a new major version.
4. Trial
We may offer a time-limited trial of the Software. The trial is provided "as is" and may stop functioning when the trial period ends until a valid license is activated.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, circumvent licensing or update controls, or otherwise use the Software except as permitted by the EULA and applicable law.
6. Updates
The Software includes an automatic update mechanism that downloads and installs cryptographically signed updates. We may release updates, and may discontinue support for older versions.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and Software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the website or Software. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
10. Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or your use of the website or Software, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to your non-excludable statutory rights, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms or the EULA limits or excludes any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be waived — including, where applicable, EU/UK rights of withdrawal and statutory guarantees.
12. General
These Terms, together with the EULA and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Stoneshero LLC regarding the website and Software. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor (for example, in a merger or sale of the business). We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
